Sales Executives

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales volume and brand mix targets, ensuring product availability, visibility, and quality, and maintaining customer pricing within set parameters. Key duties include regularly updating customer databases, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to credit control policies, and managing company resources efficiently. The role also involves analyzing marketing systems, identifying commercial risks, and providing market intelligence reports on competitor activities to the Area Sales Manager.

1. Achieve volume and brand mix targets, ensuring product availability, visibility, quality, and customer pricing.
2. Maintain and update the customer database, including information and stock rotation.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
4. Adhere strictly to internal credit control systems and policies.
5. Manage and maximize the utilization of assigned company resources.
6. Analyze marketing systems and provide improvement suggestions to the Area Sales Manager.
7. Identify, monitor, and mitigate commercial risks.
8. Provide market intelligence reports on competitor activities.
9. Develop key market shareholding.
10. Attain monthly sales targets.
11. Gather and analyze data to maximize potential growth areas.
12. Ensure effective cost exposure and control.

1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a Business-related field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Business-related field (an added advantage).
3. Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
4. Proficiency in computer usage.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of basic brands.
6. Strong selling and negotiation skills.
7. Good written and oral reporting skills.
8. Valid driving license with proven driving experience.
