1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AjiraHub ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and employers using the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AjiraHub is an online job board and career platform based in Kenya that connects job seekers with employers. Our services include:

• Job vacancy listings across multiple categories and industries
• Internship and attachment opportunities
• Scholarship listings
• AI-powered ATS CV Builder tools
• Career resources and tools for job seekers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at info@ajirahub.co.ke of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features on AjiraHub, including the ATS CV Builder, require payment. By purchasing a plan:

• You authorise us to charge the amount displayed at checkout via M-Pesa or other available payment methods
• All payments are processed securely; we do not store your M-Pesa PIN or card details
• Fees are non-refundable unless a technical failure on our end prevented service delivery
• Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment at info@ajirahub.co.ke.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or personal information
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written consent
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited messages (spam) to other users
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Kenyan law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our technology

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and AI-generated outputs created by our tools, is owned by or licensed to AjiraHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Content you upload (e.g., your CV) remains yours; by uploading it, you grant us a licence to process and display it as part of providing the service.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that job listings are genuine, that your application will be successful, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranty that AI-generated CV content will be accepted by any employer or ATS system.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, AjiraHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
