Job Description

Drive business growth through prospecting, consultative selling, client acquisition, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage sales pipelines.
  2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct consultative sales engagements.
  4. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
  5. Engage technical and business stakeholders.
  6. Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  7. Support post-sale account growth and retention.
  8. Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
  9. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  1. 2–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Strong consultative selling skills.
  4. CRM proficiency and commercial awareness.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  7. Self-driven and results-oriented.
