Job Description
Provide onsite IT support and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure smooth operations at the Visa Application Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 onsite IT support to staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and VPN access.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Support FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN devices, and biometric systems.
- Maintain CCTV and access-control systems.
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Escalate complex incidents to the central IT team.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and support records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in onsite IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.
- Experience supporting hardware, software, and network environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
- Experience in multi-site or customer-facing environments is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
