Lead sales and marketing activities to drive business growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Sales Representatives across assigned regions.
- Drive growth of dairy product sales and market expansion.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify new markets and distribution opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate merchandising, branding, and promotional activities.
- Set and communicate sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or distribution.
- Experience in FMCG sales, preferably dairy products.
- Experience in merchandising and field sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license with at least 3 years driving experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
