Job Description

Drive customer retention, account growth, and client success through proactive relationship management and strategic account engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer success initiatives and client relationships.
  2. Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
  3. Identify account growth and expansion opportunities.
  4. Coordinate reporting and stakeholder communication.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  7. Maintain CRM records and customer insights.
  8. Support onboarding and adoption of products and services.

Requirements

  1. 3–6 years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  2. Proven record in customer retention, renewals, and account growth.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Experience using CRM platforms and customer analytics tools.
  5. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
