Electrical & Electronic Technician – Instrumentation

Cosmos Limited is an industrial manufacturing company seeking engineering professionals to support instrumentation and automation systems.

The successful candidate will join the engineering team and support the safe and efficient operation of instrumentation, electrical and automation systems. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and is suitable for both experienced engineers and graduates interested in industrial automation and process control.

1. Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation equipment.
2. Calibrate sensors, transmitters, control valves and measuring instruments.
3. Support PLC, SCADA and industrial automation systems.
4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
5. Analyze equipment faults and recommend improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
7. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records and documentation.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on projects.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Instrumentation option or equivalent).
2. Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, control systems, PLCs and SCADA.
3. Experience with calibration and process control equipment is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
7. 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience (or internship experience for entry-level roles).
8. Professional registration or certification is an added advantage.
9. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and maintenance practices.
