Job Description
The position is designed for recent graduates interested in building an academic career through research and teaching. Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching activities within the Agricultural Engineering department.
- Participate in academic research.
- Assist with departmental academic responsibilities.
- Support engineering-related academic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized university with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated interest in academic research and teaching.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to agricultural engineering, including data analysis, CAD software, and engineering design tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Engineers Board of Kenya is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
