Job Description
To take demand from Personal Banking clients for banking matters ranging from lending, transactional & investment products to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g. CBK, IRA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take demand from Personal Banking clients for banking matters ranging from lending, transactional & investment products.
- Handle client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information).
- Form an accurate assessment and understanding of client demand.
- Act on demand in a one-and-done manner.
- Deliver in line with client experience, product, and legislative (e.g. CBK, IRA) requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in branch banking or contact centre environment.
- Good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
- Experience in sales within the banking industry or related service sectors such as Insurance, SACCOs, and other Financial Services institutions.

- Technical Competencies: Application & Submission Verification, Banking Process & Procedures, Client Acceptance & Review, Customer Understanding, Processing, Product Knowledge.
