Business Banker

1. Drive the acquisition, growth, and retention of SME and Business Banking customers.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within designated segments.
3. Deepen existing customer relationships by cross-selling the Bank’s various products and services.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
5. Provide customized financial solutions that meet customer needs and support their business growth.
6. Deliver exceptional customer experience and promptly resolve any customer concerns.
7. Structure, analyze, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
8. Conduct thorough financial statement analysis and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
9. Monitor portfolio performance to ensure quality and profitability.
10. Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s credit policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
11. Actively manage portfolio risk, including accounts with high PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans), in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
12. Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
2. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in SME, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
3. Demonstrate a proven track record in business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
4. Exhibit strong credit appraisal and financial analysis skills.
5. Possess excellent negotiation, networking, sales, and relationship management capabilities.
6. Have strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet challenging targets.
7. Show a demonstrated understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and credit policies.
