Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the acquisition, growth, and retention of SME and Business Banking customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within designated segments.
- Deepen existing customer relationships by cross-selling the Bank’s various products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide customized financial solutions that meet customer needs and support their business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and promptly resolve any customer concerns.
- Structure, analyze, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
- Conduct thorough financial statement analysis and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance to ensure quality and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s credit policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Actively manage portfolio risk, including accounts with high PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans), in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in SME, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
- Exhibit strong credit appraisal and financial analysis skills.
- Possess excellent negotiation, networking, sales, and relationship management capabilities.
- Have strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet challenging targets.
- Show a demonstrated understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and credit policies.
