Job Description
The role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, security and effectiveness of HR technology platforms across multiple countries and transforming People data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with country teams and leadership, the Manager will champion digital transformation, workforce analytics and process improvement to enable a high-performing, scalable People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of People systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management and learning platforms.
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement system enhancements, integrations and new technology solutions.
- Ensure systems are secure, user-friendly and support business growth across all countries.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, workforce metrics and People reports.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions across recruitment, performance, retention, succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Produce accurate reports for leadership, Board and donor reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain high standards of data quality, governance and reporting consistency.
- Ensure People data is accurate, complete, secure and compliant across all systems.
- Lead regular audits and data validation processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People processes through automation and technology.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, employee experience and operational effectiveness
- Standardize systems and reporting practices across countries.
- Act as the regional subject matter expert on People systems and analytics.
- Train and support People and Culture teams and managers on system use, reporting and data management.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external system providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing HR systems, workforce analytics or People technology, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment.
- Experience implementing or administering HRIS, ATS and other HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical capability with experience developing dashboards and translating workforce data into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar). Experience with SQL is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and information security.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
