Job Description
Rayhun HR Consulting is recruiting an experienced Human Resource Officer on behalf of a growing poultry farming enterprise. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and staff development programmes.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Provide administrative and operational HR support.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- CHRP(K), Higher Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- Membership with IHRM in good standing.
- Minimum 3–5 years' HR experience.
- Farm or poultry industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High integrity and professionalism.
