Job Description
The role ensures compliance with KCAA regulations, company standards, and industry best practices while supporting maintenance planning and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain aircraft, engine, propeller and APU logbooks
- Manage technical records and documentation
- Prepare aircraft utilization and landing reports
- Review records for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain traceability of aircraft components
- Manage delivery and redelivery documentation
- Compile maintenance and shop visit records
- Monitor records compliance and retrieval systems
- Support continuous airworthiness requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in records management
- Aviation records management experience is an added advantage
- Experience with digital documentation systems
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation
