Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance (AOC), the Reliability Monitoring Engineer is responsible for managing the fleet reliability program to optimize airline safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the Reliability Program manual.
- Perform statistical analysis of aircraft system failures and maintenance data.
- Establish repetitive defect and ECTM alerts.
- Prepare monthly reliability reports and schedule review meetings.
- Investigate reliability issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Report safety risks identified during analysis.
- Liaise with manufacturers and vendors on reliability matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an aviation engineering office.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and reliability monitoring principles.
- Knowledge of KCAA/EASA/FAA regulations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ethical, professional, and team-oriented.
