Telepost DT SACCO is a financial cooperative seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join its team. The organization focuses on recruiting and retaining members, mobilizing savings and deposits, and generating quality loan business to support its growth objectives.

Telepost DT SACCO is hiring qualified and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executives for full-time positions across Nairobi, Nyanza, Rift Valley, Coast, Central, and Western regions. The primary goal of these roles is to support the SACCO's expansion by increasing membership, growing savings and deposits, and developing its loan portfolio. Candidates are expected to be residents of the region they apply for.

1. Recruit new members and implement strategies to retain existing ones.
2. Mobilize savings and deposits to support the SACCO's growth initiatives.
3. Generate quality loan business and identify potential customers.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales and marketing performance.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective customers.
6. Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

1. Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or SACCO operations is an advantage.
3. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
4. Demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets and mobilize new members.
5. Must currently reside within the region for which they are applying.
