Job Description
This role involves working for Tropikal Brands Afrika Limited as a Pre-Seller Sales Representative. The primary goal is to enhance product promotion and sales, identify new market opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, and significantly increase sales within specific operational areas, including Nairobi, Meru, and Nyeri.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase brand volume, value, visibility, and product distribution.
- Collaborate with wholesalers to implement market plans effectively.
- Safeguard market share and contribute to business expansion.
- Meet established call-rate and sales execution standards.
- Optimize sales performance through efficient regional journey planning.
- Manage trade relationships and address customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data and collection of payments.

- Undertake other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess at least two (2) years of proven experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales and direct sales.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Exhibit good reporting abilities.
