Job Description
The Technical Assistance (TA) – Performance Management role provides technical oversight and coordination for performance management across assigned sub-counties. The position focuses on strengthening data quality, accountability, supervision systems, and data-driven decision-making within county health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supervision and performance management frameworks.
- Coordinate Improvement Operational Plans (IOPs).
- Strengthen data quality and reporting systems.
- Conduct data validation and quality assessments.
- Build capacity of CHMTs, SCHMTs, and CHAs.
- Support digital tools and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and technical forums.
- Support governance, safeguarding, and risk management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Public Health, or Health Systems Strengthening.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience in health systems strengthening and data-driven program management.
- Strong systems thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
