Job Description

Tour Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage client inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and calls
  2. Create detailed itineraries that include all client requests and services
  3. Generate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on payments
  4. Collect client feedback and address concerns
  5. Communicate booking and itinerary changes clearly before and during trips
  6. Resolve issues early to ensure high client satisfaction
  7. Support achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, especially in tour consulting or hotel operations
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with the English-speaking international market
  4. Proven experience selling East Africa itineraries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania)
  5. Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently
  6. Highly organized with strong deadline management skills
  7. Willingness to work varied hours when necessary
