Hopewell is seeking an experienced Business Development & Executive Operations Manager to drive corporate sales and oversee operational excellence across Kenya and East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales across Kenya & East Africa
- Lead and manage company operations
- Manage a network of 87+ counselling professionals
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee financial operations and budgeting
- Manage HR and team performance
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or operations management
- Proven corporate sales track record
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing teams or professional networks
- Mental health/wellbeing sector experience is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
