Job Description

Provide front office support, customer service, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
  3. Manage office correspondence and filing systems.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
  5. Prepare refreshments for guests when required.
  6. Run office errands and provide administrative support.
  7. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  8. Assist with general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Customer Service, or related field.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
