Assistant Executive – Trade Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across assigned routes.
- Ensure products are visible and available in retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales.
- Introduce and promote new product developments (NPDs).
- Execute merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans.
- Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights through the Sales App.
- Uphold company values, compliance, and responsible asset management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years FMCG field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution experience.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.
- Valid driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience.
- Proficiency in Sales Apps and Microsoft Office.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Familiarity with the Nakuru region.
