Job Description

Assistant Executive – Trade Representative

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across assigned routes.
  2. Ensure products are visible and available in retail outlets.
  3. Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales.
  4. Introduce and promote new product developments (NPDs).
  5. Execute merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans.
  6. Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights through the Sales App.
  7. Uphold company values, compliance, and responsible asset management.

Requirements

  1. 2–3 years FMCG field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution experience.
  2. Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.
  4. Valid driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience.
  5. Proficiency in Sales Apps and Microsoft Office.
  6. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  7. Familiarity with the Nakuru region.
