Sales intern

1. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and initiatives.
2. Manage assigned project activities and provide regular progress updates to the supervisor.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on project findings.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
6. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and efficiency.
7. Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, or supply chain operations as required.
8. Support the implementation of departmental strategies and action plans.
9. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
10. Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
11. Perform any other duties or project assignments as directed by the supervisor.

1. Basic understanding of Marketing, Sales, business acumen, or related business disciplines.
2. Awareness of FMCG market dynamics.
3. Understanding of project management principles and business processes.
4. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts.
5. Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
6. Previous internship, industrial attachment, leadership role, or project experience will be an added advantage.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage academic or extracurricular projects successfully.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
9. Data analysis and reporting skills.
10. Ability to prepare professional presentations and business reports.
11. Basic project management and coordination skills.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
13. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
14. Familiarity with business systems and digital collaboration tools is an added advantage.
