IT Assistant (Techno-Functional ERP Support)

MSVL Group is seeking an experienced IT Assistant (Techno-Functional ERP Support) to support ERP implementation, maintenance, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

1. Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and optimization
2. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
3. Provide first-level technical and functional ERP support
4. Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams
5. Support system testing, UAT, user training, and documentation
6. Monitor system performance and reporting
7. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
8. Support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
2. 3–5 years experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration
3. Experience in at least one full ERP implementation cycle
4. Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
5. Experience with ERP configuration and user-side implementation
6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage
