Greenbo Africa Ltd is a comprehensive solutions provider for the design, engineering, and manufacturing of steel structures for telecommunication sites, broadcasting, power, and renewable energy industries.
The company is seeking a qualified and self-motivated Site Supervisor to join its Projects department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily site operations and manage workflows to meet project milestones
• Coordinate teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and material integrity
• Promote safety culture through toolbox talks and PPE enforcement
• Act as the link between site operations and office/project management teams
• Oversee lifecycle management of materials and equipment
• Maintain precise daily records and progress reports
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with project management principles
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience using project software such as MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
