Job Description
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across various fleet management solutions, including telematics, tracking devices, fuel sensors, and IoT. This role involves developing comprehensive sales strategies, managing territory plans, and overseeing key account management programs. The manager will also be tasked with managing the B2B sales pipeline, handling tenders, and managing corporate accounts. A key aspect of the role is coaching and managing sales executives to ensure they meet their monthly and annual targets, as well as building strategic partnerships with fleet operators, logistics firms, transporters, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth for telematics, tracking devices, fuel sensors, and IoT solutions.
- Develop sales strategies, territory plans, and key account management programs.
- Manage the B2B sales pipeline, tenders, and corporate accounts.
- Coach and manage sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Master's degree (MBA/MSc/MA).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in telematics or fleet management.
