Job Description
This pivotal role is designed for seasoned professionals who can demonstrate a strong track record in B2B sales within the telematics industry. Ideal candidates will have direct experience with solutions such as vehicle tracking, fuel monitoring, automotive services, rescue and recovery, insurance services, and various IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the overall commercial strategy and business expansion initiatives.
- Build and effectively lead high-performing sales teams across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement effective pricing, channel, and product-market strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of sustainable growth and expansion of market share.
- Report comprehensive sales performance metrics to executive management and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) or a Master's degree (MBA/MSc/MA).
- Possess 7 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a strong preference for direct exposure to the telematics industry.
