The Field Specialist Drilling Services role at Baker Hughes involves resolving a diverse range of complex problems at well sites, requiring a broad understanding of the company's product lines, tools, and services. The specialist's work is evaluated by a Field Supervisor, local Operations Management, and the external Customer to ensure all objectives are met.

1. Provide direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on daily well site tasks and activities.
2. Offer advice and guidance to external customers and third-party wellsite colleagues as needed.
3. Perform other related duties as assigned.
4. Conduct all business activities in compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
2. Possess at least 3 years of experience in drilling operations.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in drilling operations and applications.
4. Be capable of identifying the appropriate product and service for both simple and complex applications.
5. Have the ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization.
6. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Be willing and able to travel, potentially to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, and trainings.
