REGIONAL QUALITY CONTROLLER
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation quality across ISP operations
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer support standards
- Reduce repeat faults and improve service quality
- Monitor contractor performance
- Support technical escalations and field operations
- Build field team capacity and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FTTH/ISP operations
- Strong knowledge of fibre installations and maintenance
- Experience managing field technicians and subcontractors
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Motorcycle riding experience and riding license is an added advantage
