Junior Software Developer

You will gain exposure to modern web technologies, automation workflows, AI-assisted development practices, debugging, testing, and real-world software delivery.

1. Participate in hands-on training and mentorship with experienced developers
2. Learn the tools, systems, and workflows used across the development team
3. Build skills in web development, automation, debugging, testing, and AI-assisted workflows
4. Contribute to internal web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
5. Assist in maintaining and improving applications built on modern web and backend platforms
6. Support automation initiatives and RPA-related workflows with team guidance
7. Participate in projects that integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business processes
8. Use AI tools responsibly to assist with research, prototyping, documentation, testing, and development activities
9. Work closely with developers and business teams on project tasks and deliverables
10. Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and code reviews
11. Help identify practical opportunities to improve workflows using automation and AI
12. Assist with troubleshooting bugs and resolving application issues
13. Support testing, QA, deployment, and monitoring activities
14. Create and maintain technical documentation and process notes

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR bootcamp training, internship experience, academic projects, or equivalent hands-on experience
2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Strong interest in web development, automation, AI, and emerging technologies
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Good communication and collaboration skills
6. Eagerness to learn, grow, and respond positively to feedback
7. Exposure to React or another modern frontend framework
8. Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
9. Interest in automation technologies, RPA, or AI-assisted development
10. Exposure to testing, QA, or debugging practices
11. Familiarity with modern development, design, or collaboration tools
12. Experience using AI tools for coding assistance, workflow support, research, or analysis
