Job Description
APA Insurance is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow insurance uptake, manage strategic partnerships, and drive field activation initiatives across priority segments
Key Responsibilities
- Drive insurance product sales and revenue growth
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Conduct field activations and client sensitization
- Track partner performance and policy volumes
- Support onboarding of mobilizers and partner staff
- Collaborate with internal teams on operations and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Agribusiness, Sales or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or sales
- Experience in insurance or agriculture sectors
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
