Job Description

APA Insurance is hiring a Care Assessor to manage pre-authorizations, patient care coordination, hospital visits, and client support while ensuring quality healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and issue pre-authorizations
  2. Handle 24-hour client support calls
  3. Coordinate with clinicians, brokers, and HR teams
  4. Conduct hospital visits and patient care assessments
  5. Manage chronic disease referrals and step-down care
  6. Participate in wellness programs and CSR activities

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  2. Relevant professional qualification
  3. Leadership and analytical skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. At least 4 years relevant experience
