Job Description
We’re looking for a Payroll Associate based in Kenya to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The role involves processing day-to-day payroll cycles accurately and on time, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll audits, and providing administrative support to Finance & Ops teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day payroll cycles accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records (new hires, changes, terminations)
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and documentation
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and escalate complex cases
- Ensure data accuracy across payroll systems
- Provide administrative and operational support to Finance & Ops teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally during peak workload periods
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of payroll or payroll administration experience
- Hands-on experience with PrismHCM, ADP, or Paylocity (MANDATORY)
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Proven experience working with payroll systems and data accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of U.S. payroll experience (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to multiple payroll platforms (Nice to Have)
- Basic HR or onboarding support experience (Nice to Have)
