Your Mission

After the 12 months rotation, which may include few months in France/Italy/China, you will be part of the Services Project Management team based in Nairobi, Kenya. This team is responsible for managing and executing non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.

1. Understand customer requests and translate their needs.
2. Manage the project end to end starting from initiation of project with customer and Services account manager to planning/arranging/monitoring the resources for the project until customer gives technical acceptance and project is successfully closed with the customer.
3. Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
4. Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
5. Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

1. Fluent English
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or master’s degree in engineering/ certification in Project Management
3. Work Experience: Less than 2 years
