Job Description
The Relationship Officer role at Ngao Credit involves actively engaging in sales, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's business portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining a low portfolio at risk (PAR). This position requires a proactive approach to market awareness and cross-selling of Ngao Credit's diverse product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain Portfolio at Risk (PAR) at 8% or below.
- Prepare weekly marketing and activation plans.
- Generate new business and cross-sell Ngao Credit products to existing customers.
- Create market awareness for the company’s products.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a business-related field.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in import financing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to undergo training on Ngao Credit's marketing plan and policies & procedures.
