Manage front office operations and provide excellent customer service to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests professionally.
- Process guest check-outs and payments.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information on hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain guest records and booking systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reception or customer service.
- Familiarity with PMS systems and booking platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
