Job Description

Manage front office operations and provide excellent customer service to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and check in guests professionally.
  2. Process guest check-outs and payments.
  3. Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
  4. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  5. Provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  6. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  7. Maintain guest records and booking systems.
  8. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  9. Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reception or customer service.
  3. Familiarity with PMS systems and booking platforms.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Professional appearance and conduct.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
