Business Analyst

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects, systems, or processes.
2. Assisting in the prioritization of business requirements and defining project scope and objectives.
3. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
4. Facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
5. Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure that the final product meets the documented requirements and specifications.
6. Provide support to end users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
7. Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.
8. Work with senior business analysts to manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
9. Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.
10. Assist in training of end users, creation of training materials and user guides, and oversee the process of guaranteeing user acceptance and competency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study
2. Professional qualification/certification in ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF is an added advantage
3. Certification in project management: PRINCE II (Practitioner) / AgilePM / PMI-ACP / Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an added advantage.
4. 2 years’ Progressive work experience in Information Technology.
5. 1 year’s experience in Business analysis and architecture.
6. 1 year’s experience in IT Projects.
7. 1 year’s experience in Emerging Technologies (e.g. Mobile, Internet Banking, Cloud, Microservices etc) is desired.
8. 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced agile environment is desired
