Analyst, Investments

The Analyst, Investments will conduct comprehensive financial and non-financial research and reporting on prospective investments and existing issuers and counter parties, assessing investment performance potential and sustainability. This role involves providing robust analytical data and insights to support portfolio-management strategy and investment decision-making processes, and supporting business development and client relationship management initiatives to drive growth within the investments division.

1. Conduct comprehensive financial and non-financial research and reporting on prospective investments and existing issuers and counter parties, assessing investment performance potential and sustainability.
2. Provide robust analytical data and insights to support portfolio-management strategy and investment decision-making processes.
3. Support business development and client relationship management initiatives to drive growth within the investments division.

1. First Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business & Commerce or related field
2. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent professional qualification.
3. CIFA/ICIFA membership, or registration with other recognised professional bodies in investment management and financial analysis
4. Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in investment research, financial modelling, and securities dealing
5. Demonstrated proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies in asset management environments
6. Proven track record in conducting rigorous financial and non-financial analysis to support investment decision-making
