IT Intern

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment. Support user account management including password resets and access requests. Monitor and report IT incidents, system issues, and equipment faults. Assist in maintaining CCTV systems, network devices, and IT inventory records. Help with software updates, antivirus monitoring, and patch management. Document technical issues and resolutions. Assist during system upgrades, deployments, and branch support visits. Ensure compliance with the bank’s IT security and operational policies.

1. Provide first-level IT support to staff for hardware, software, printer, and network issues

10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

1. 1 year of IT Operations experience in a banking or financial institution
2. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, data analysis, and Microsoft Windows/Oracle environments
4. Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
5. Good problem-solving and communication skills
6. Willingness to learn and work in a professional banking environment
