Job Description
The successful candidate will work directly with customers while ensuring efficient point-of-sale operations and maintaining inventory records. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. The position involves supporting promotional activities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and product/promotion information.
- Execute in-store promotions and activations to drive sales.
- Handle M-Pesa and card transactions accurately via the POS system.
- Receive stock deliveries, monitor inventory, and request replenishments.
- Keep accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
- Willingness to work weekends/shifts as required.
