Job Description
Trianum is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key client accounts, and support sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Promote hotel accommodation and conference facilities
- Conduct sales calls and client meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations teams for client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or corporate sales
- MICE sales experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
