Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Training, the Training Administrator supports training coordination and compliance for flight crew, cabin crew, and ground staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
  2. Maintain training calendars and records.
  3. Coordinate with instructors, trainees, and training providers.
  4. Ensure licences and recurrent training records are up to date.
  5. Prepare reports for audits and inspections.
  6. Handle training logistics and documentation.

Requirements

  1. Valid flight operations licence (dispatch or flight crew licence).
  2. Experience in aviation training administration or related role.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
  5. Knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and KCAA requirements.
  6. Minimum mean grade of C+.
