Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Training, the Training Administrator supports training coordination and compliance for flight crew, cabin crew, and ground staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain training calendars and records.
- Coordinate with instructors, trainees, and training providers.
- Ensure licences and recurrent training records are up to date.
- Prepare reports for audits and inspections.
- Handle training logistics and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid flight operations licence (dispatch or flight crew licence).
- Experience in aviation training administration or related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
- Knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and KCAA requirements.
- Minimum mean grade of C+.
