Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical water treatment and compressed air systems to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water treatment systems.
- Operate and maintain compressed air systems.
- Conduct water sampling and quality testing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and GMP requirements.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain operational and maintenance records.
- Handle treatment chemicals safely.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Water Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in utilities operations or technical maintenance.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
