Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, organizing, and directing all F&B operations.
- Oversee daily service delivery across all restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring smooth operations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of high performance and guest-centric service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and minimize wastage to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations and resort policies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to menu development, promotions, and special events planning to enhance guest offerings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a reputable hotel or resort.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Proficient in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the resort's operations.
