Job Description
Kilimall Kenya is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join its customer support team based in Nairobi, Mombasa Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, resolving customer issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting service performance standards. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills who are passionate about providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and customer support tickets.
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls.
- Provide timely and accurate customer support through chat channels.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain the required customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Achieve daily response and clearance targets, including maintaining response times below three minutes.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in a Business-related course.
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
