Job Description
The role is accountable for the day to day execution of creation, purchase, receipting, withdrawal, and reconciliation of clients’ accounts on a daily basis. The role will deliver operational effectiveness ensuring TAT on client account creation. The role sits in CIC Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate execution of account opening requests.
- Verification of know your customer supporting documents.
- Converting and generating of account opening from web registration portal
- Manage and respond to emails from new business and static folder
- Receive and manage calls from customers.
- Review documents on death claims and lien request.
- Generate reports on daily account creations.
- Receive and ensure banking of cheques
- Carrying out due diligence on the documents received to change static information on bio data.
- Receive and serve customers
- Review KYC on new applications and death claims and advise clients accordingly
- Forward all sales leads queries are acted on appropriated and forwarded to sales Team leaders
- Manage queries emanating from campaigns
- Maintain the SLA and TATs for customer service
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Related Studies
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
