The Manager of Information Technology will play a crucial leadership role in shaping and implementing the organization's IT strategy to support global company goals. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to manage the planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of all IT systems. The successful candidate will ensure that IT operations are efficient, secure, compliant with regulations, and fully aligned with the company's business objectives.

1. Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals and growth objectives.
2. Conduct regular IT assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
3. Formulate and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
5. Ensure the security, availability, and optimal performance of IT systems.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company at the forefront of innovation.
7. Collaborate with business units to identify technology solutions that drive business growth and service excellence.
8. Establish and manage IT service delivery processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
9. Monitor feedback, complaints, and concerns related to IT service delivery and equipment to maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
10. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
11. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to IT staff, driving professional development and performance excellence.
12. Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
13. Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize risks.
14. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and address any gaps.
15. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to address their technology needs.
16. Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors to optimize value and performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing IT teams.
3. Relevant working experience in a busy IT Department, preferably within a BPO environment (added advantage).
4. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, particularly in cloud computing and cybersecurity.
5. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and digital transformation initiatives.
6. Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
7. Advanced knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
9. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
10. Experience with emerging technologies and their application in business contexts.
11. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing technological landscapes.
