What You Will Do
- Manage our social channels
- Manage WhatsApp Business line
- Support the call centre
- Help shape how thousands of customers experience Hotpoint every day
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
- 6+ months managing social media pages or a WhatsApp Business line (personal brand experience counts)
- 6+ months in a call centre or customer-facing role
- Strong writing, digital savvy, and genuine empathy for customers
