Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator

The Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing stock levels, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure timely availability of construction materials while maintaining cost efficiency and inventory accuracy.

1. Source glass, aluminum profiles, and hardware fittings.
2. Identify and evaluate suppliers.
3. Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
4. Raise and track purchase orders.
5. Manage supplier relationships.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels.
7. Track inventory movements.
8. Conduct stock counts and audits.
9. Reconcile physical stock with system records.
10. Monitor slow-moving stock.
11. Oversee receipt and storage of materials.
12. Ensure proper handling of fragile materials.
13. Maintain safe warehouse practices.
14. Supervise loading and dispatch operations.
15. Coordinate deliveries to project sites.
16. Align supply with project requirements.
17. Plan transportation schedules.
18. Maintain procurement records.
19. Prepare stock and inventory reports.
20. Ensure proper documentation of GRNs and invoices.
21. Support audits and compliance checks.

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, inventory, or warehouse management.
3. Experience handling construction materials is preferred.
4. Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
5. KISM certification or progress toward certification is an added advantage.

8. ERP and inventory systems knowledge.
