Job Description

AdOps plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of online advertising campaigns. Our team is leading the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising, managing the end-to-end process to deliver effective campaigns. Our duties encompass ad trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaign performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as clients, publishers, and the commercial team.

Join the team as an Ad Operations Specialist, working and growing in an interesting, challenging, and cross-functional role that includes pre-planning ad sales support, ongoing ad management, ad campaign trafficking, and optimization of all ad campaigns within your dedicated markets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Ad Campaign Management (±60%):

  • Managing digital ad campaigns via Eskimi DSP, GDN, Facebook, and other ad servers as needed
  • Managing digital ad impression inventory and banner ad inventory for on-site products
  • Planning, organizing, activating, and controlling daily processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing global improvements for maximum efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring campaigns are launched on time, performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the Sales team in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing ad serving problems and interfacing with the team and/or clients to identify solutions
  • Assisting Sales with campaign planning and the selling process
  • Working directly with the Tech team to optimize digital campaigns as needed.

Analytics/Reporting (±25%):

  • Reporting on digital campaign performance to agencies/clients. Reporting on final campaign performance – monthly.

Other tasks (±15%):

  • Completing data entry and analysis functions as needed. Providing technical QA support on ad serving as needed.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of digital advertising operations experience. Experience working with programmatic platforms (such as LoopMe, Pubmatic, Xandr, or other DSPs).
  • Experience working with Google Ads and Business Ads Manager would be considered an advantage.
  • Campaign delivery and optimization experience.
  • Results orientation, an eye for detail, and effective time management skills.
  • Project management experience would be considered an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate effectively across a multicultural organization.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
