Job Description
Pharmaplus is seeking experienced Internal Auditors to strengthen governance, compliance, risk management, and internal control systems across its retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across departments and branches.
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify operational and financial risks.
- Review compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives.
- Assess financial and operational processes.
- Advise management on risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
- CPA(K), ACCA, CIA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in internal or external audit.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
